This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete implementation process for new oncology practice partners, starting from contract signing to go-live and initial ramp-up.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and success metrics to guarantee swift and dependable launches.
• Act as the main project manager, coordinating between internal teams (clinical operations, product, growth, technology) and external practice leadership.
• Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with oncology practice leadership, providers, and key administrative personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of partners, managing communication, issue resolution, and operational enhancements.
• Represent Colla Health with professionalism, urgency, and accountability in external interactions.
• Conduct regular partner check-ins, quarterly reviews, and senior-level discussions, including the preparation of agendas, performance insights, and success strategies.
• Foster ongoing engagement with oncologists, nurses, medical assistants, and practice staff to enhance awareness, adoption, and referrals to Colla’s supportive care services.
• Collaborate closely with Colla’s patient growth, clinical operations, and product teams to implement new patient identification and referral initiatives.
• Track partner-level performance metrics (e.g., referrals, utilization, engagement) and lead focused interventions to enhance outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within existing practices and assist in scaling best practices across the partner portfolio.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare, ideally in oncology and/or behavioral health.
• Proven ability to build trust and form relationships with diverse groups of practice administrators and clinical leaders.
• Experience in managing accounts in customer success roles or serving clients through consulting engagements.
• Resourceful, inquisitive, organized, an excellent communicator, action-oriented, data-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Successful track record of working remotely with occasional travel to partner locations.
• Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000.
