Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in developing Andela's partner marketing program.

• Create strategies, initiatives, and partnerships that enhance pipeline, revenue, and brand visibility.

• Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to outline and implement partner channel marketing strategies.

• Act as the bridge between the Partnerships team and the wider marketing organization.

• Design and carry out co-marketing campaigns with designated partners.

• Create a comprehensive partner marketing playbook.

• Set metrics and establish a reporting schedule for program enhancement.

• Take ownership of the strategy and execution for partner-centric events.

• Work closely with internal teams to leverage the complete marketing toolkit for partner channel objectives.

• Be responsible for meeting partner marketing KPIs.

• Enhance results through ongoing testing and learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in B2B marketing.

• A significant portion of this experience should focus on partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing roles.

• Proven history of developing and expanding co-marketing programs with technology partners, resellers, or strategic alliances.

• Experience in creating and managing partner enablement programs and associated content.

• Practical experience overseeing partner marketing development funds (MDF).

• Previous experience collaborating closely with a Partnerships or Business Development team.

• Familiarity with a global, remote-first organizational structure.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

• Strong skills in program and project management.

• Proficient analytical and data-driven capabilities.
