Senior Manager – Partner Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Developing and refining Akamai's global partner enablement strategy with a focus on Cloud Computing.

• Collaborating across various teams to ensure alignment of priorities and effective execution.

• Enhancing partner readiness and driving successful business results.

• Crafting role-specific onboarding and certification pathways tailored to different partner categories.

• Overseeing key enablement platforms, including PRM, Partner Portal, Demo Center, LMS, and Test Accounts.

• Creating scalable partner journeys that shorten ramp-up time and foster cloud growth.

• Evaluating enablement effectiveness and utilizing insights to boost partner adoption and readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 7 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with partner business models such as VARs, Distributors, SIs, Services Partners, Cloud Compute partners, Security partners, and MSSPs.

• Show practical knowledge of PRM, LMS, Partner Portal, demo, or credentialing and skill validation platforms.

• Exhibit business acumen, strategic insight, and effective decision-making in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

• Utilize data effectively to guide enablement decisions and demonstrate quantifiable business outcomes.

• Communicate efficiently across global teams, fostering influence, alignment, and operational focus.
