This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Business Assessment & Transition Strategy
• Manage Organizational Integration & Team Transformation
• Spearhead Operational Implementation & Change Management
• Enhance Performance & Establish a Path for Growth
• 5+ years of experience in leading operational teams, business units, or multi-functional initiatives with a focus on business performance and outcomes.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change, operational transformations, integrations, or business turnarounds.
• Excellent analytical skills with a background in utilizing data to identify issues, prioritize opportunities, and assess results.
• Experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executing initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure where it is lacking.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, multi-site operations, M&A integration, or other service-oriented industries is advantageous.
• An MBA is a plus.
