This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and oversee the organization's Leadership Development Program, which includes a comprehensive "Leadership University" curriculum tailored for frontline leaders, supervisors, and managers.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify learning needs.
• Create and maintain educational content and resources.
• Assess and continually enhance learning programs.
• Develop, execute, and refine standardized onboarding initiatives.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to facilitate the organization's performance management process.
• Lead initiatives for career development and succession planning.
• Research, implement, manage, and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Work alongside business leaders to pinpoint leadership, technical, and organizational development requirements.
• Support strategies related to organizational talent development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing leadership development programs.
• Experience in facilitating instructor-led training sessions.
• Experience in implementing or managing a Learning Management System.
• Preferably, experience in the healthcare, staffing, or service industries.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Capability to coach both managers and employees.
• Experience in creating learning materials and eLearning content.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other learning technologies.
• Preferred Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), HRCI (PHR or SPHR).
