Learning Enablement Systems Specialist – Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the technical implementation of learning programs by configuring pathways, managing enrollments, and ensuring data integrity within our LMS (Docebo) to provide a seamless experience for learners.

• You will create and analyze comprehensive analytics—encompassing attendance, completions, and engagement—to identify trends and gaps that guide ongoing enhancements of our learning initiatives.

• You will serve as a liaison between global learning teams and local HR, managing the internal learning inbox, coordinating local training, and producing the monthly learning newsletter to ensure alignment across functions.

• You will take ownership of various impactful projects, including accessibility initiatives and SharePoint management, while ensuring compliance training schedules and audits adhere to all regulatory standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level learning management systems (Docebo preferred), encompassing course setup, learner management, and system optimization.

• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capability to convert raw reporting metrics into clear, actionable business insights.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher, with the ability to deliver clear presentations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a global context.

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven history of managing multiple systems and high-stakes data consistently and accurately.

• Experience collaborating closely with HR or business partners to coordinate and deliver local training solutions that align with broader global strategies.
