
Senior Manager – Operations Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the design and execution of high-priority operational initiatives from inception to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate strategy discussions with executive sponsors, ensuring that operational scalability is integrated into decisions from the outset.
• Convert abstract, conceptual ideas into well-structured operational solutions, workflows, and blueprints.
• Assess and enhance future business models to perpetually refine operational processes.
• Conduct proactive risk assessments on new initiatives, pinpointing structural bottlenecks and design challenges prior to implementation.
• Coordinate working groups across Clinical, Operations, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams, ensuring stakeholders remain accountable to shared timelines and initiative objectives.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and initiative leaders to rigorously test feasibility, identify constraints early on, and prepare clear decision briefs that keep leadership updated.
• Create analyses, financial models, and operational business cases that provide leadership with essential data for evaluating trade-offs and making well-informed decisions.
• Partner with the Data and Analytics team to define, build, and enhance the operational metrics and dashboards that link cross-functional execution to the corporate scorecard.
• Identify operational inefficiencies by synthesizing data throughout the business, uncovering root causes, and proposing targeted process enhancements.
• Design solutions across various time frames, identifying quick wins, medium-term process improvements, and long-term structural changes that yield cumulative benefits.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes, identifying automation opportunities and structural improvements that boost consistency and efficiency.
• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a comparable analytical role; experience in healthcare or a high-growth startup is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from design to delivery, demonstrating strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in developing business cases, financial models, or operational metrics frameworks; comfortable working with data to validate decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable outputs.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities can shift and resources may be limited.
