This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the executive sponsor for Lantern’s most significant and strategic provider groups, fostering lasting and trustworthy relationships.
• Align Lantern’s offerings with provider objectives, advocating internally to address requirements, eliminate obstacles, and enhance the value of partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth and network performance through proactive engagement, retention initiatives, and the identification of expansion opportunities.
• Oversee renewal and retention strategies for high-value provider accounts, minimizing churn risk and reinforcing long-term alignment.
• Define the team’s strategy, priorities, and operational rhythms to achieve growth, engagement, and retention objectives.
• Enhance account planning frameworks, reporting schedules, and performance management systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements that boost efficiency and service quality.
• Establish data-driven visibility into team performance, provider health, and network results.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI-enabled tools and automation throughout Network Success workflows.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product/Engineering to transform successful AI pilots into repeatable processes.
• Work alongside Member Services, Claims, Clinical, and Product teams to align workflows and ensure consistent provider experiences.
• Define escalation pathways, roles, and handoffs across various functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network and territory managers.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and provider success.
• Provide structured coaching, training, and development plans.
• Enhance team proficiency with AI and automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in provider network management, healthcare operations, or account leadership.
• At least 3 years of team management experience (5+ years preferred).
• Industry experience is strongly preferred, including knowledge of Centers of Excellence models, provider networks, or value-based care settings.
• Proven history of leading and scaling high-performing teams.
• Experience in utilizing AI, automation, or workflow tools to enhance team output and streamline operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional projects.
• Strong operational and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
