
Senior Manager, Network Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the planning and execution of high-priority Network initiatives and special projects.
• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, governance processes, and success criteria.
• Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive resolutions to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
• Offer project management expertise and execution rigor across multiple concurrent programs.
• Assist with Network-sponsored leadership development programs, including initiatives for the Executive Director cohort and future leadership offerings.
• Coordinate program plans, track milestones, organize meetings, manage communications, and engage participants in activities.
• Ensure alignment among program sponsors, participants, and supporting teams.
• Monitor outcomes and provide reports on program effectiveness and progress.
• Collaborate with teams across Clinical Operations, Strategic Operations, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, and other Network functions.
• Facilitate communication, decision-making, and follow-through on complex initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project planning, reporting, and execution through process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, healthcare administration, strategic initiatives, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives involving senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project planning, organization, and execution.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot.
