Senior Manager, National Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in managing essential strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within them) from the initial idea and business justification through to execution and evaluation of success — utilizing AI tools to enhance research, modeling, and synthesis.

• Collaborate with a high-performing team of peers and stakeholders to guide both quantitative and qualitative research efforts that analyze the financial and operational drivers of Pro success and support informed decision-making.

• Deliver regular updates on project advancements, including measurable outcomes.

• Create clear presentations that summarize findings and recommendations, utilizing AI tools to efficiently structure and refine communications.

• Set up effective communication channels to facilitate ongoing collaboration.

• Cultivate relationships with third-party business partners.

• Design and manage joint partnership initiatives (e.g., integrations, market entry strategies).

• Develop a comprehensive playbook for sales and account management to significantly enhance partnership effectiveness and economic outcomes.

• Offer thought partnership to the National Accounts Sales teams, as well as cross-functional collaborators.

• Oversee major strategic transformations that involve multiple teams and span several months, fostering cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, while providing updates and insights to senior leadership.

• Ensure seamless implementation and adjustment to new strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA preferred.

• 4-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations.

• Strong analytical and execution skills - proven experience in gathering data from diverse sources and driving strategic insights and decision-making.

• Proficient with AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to streamline research, writing, and analysis.

• Experience in management consulting at a top firm is a significant advantage.

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

• A strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations.
