Senior Manager, National Account Agency Operations – Insurance Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee account call center locations, providing support for broad reach and other electronic group training and advancement initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key account location managers, producers, and influencers to promote preference for GEICO and its affiliate offerings.

• Create, implement, and present location-specific strategic account plans and forecasts to meet company goals and sales objectives, aligning with the NA Director's strategic roadmap for designated accounts and products.

• Responsible for engaging with all GEICO product lines, including Private Passenger Auto, Commercial Auto, and Trucking.

• Collaborate with GEICO distribution and process teams to share and implement growth strategies, offer process guidance, and engage with field and inside representatives at National Account agency locations.

• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and recommending suitable actions to improve performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a sales resource working with large, complex clients.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in developing and translating sales strategy into tangible results.

• Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing efforts to achieve both short- and long-term strategic objectives.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to continuous change.

• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

• Must comply with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policies.
