
Senior Manager, Narrative – Storytelling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the communications strategy of Campus Compact.
• Act as the primary storyteller to motivate action and highlight member voices.
• Oversee initiatives related to storytelling and narrative transformation.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Communications & Events.
• Formulate our narrative change strategy along with key deliverables.
• Assist in developing public relations and media capabilities.
• Supervise the Digital Communications Coordinator.
• Collaborate with team members in communications to manage the communications calendar.
• Education: Relevant undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role with a focus on storytelling.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position or similar role that includes managing staff.
• Proven experience working with journalists and media outlets to secure both earned and unearned media placements.
• Strong ability to create compelling written content across various communication channels.
• Excellent proofreading skills are essential.
• Experience in conducting interviews and research to gather content for storytelling initiatives.
