This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates the creation of commercial insights and analytics for both in-market and pipeline brand products, encompassing core marketing strategies, product positioning, pricing, healthcare professional (HCP) and patient insights, as well as competitive intelligence.
• Independently design, code, and implement advanced analytics utilizing SQL and Python/R.
• Manage the ingestion, validation, and analysis of third-party healthcare datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva Compass, medical/pharmacy claims).
• Conduct longitudinal patient analytics, including cohort design, adherence/persistence tracking, switching, line of therapy, and journey analysis.
• Execute market sizing, opportunity identification, competitive analytics, and tracking of launch performance.
• Create and sustain automated or semi-automated analytical workflows.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards that allow brand teams to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Convert analyses into clear, insight-driven PowerPoint presentations for commercial stakeholders.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, or Engineering is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysis.
• Over 5 years of experience applying advanced methods and statistical procedures on large and diverse datasets.
• Preferred 7+ years of experience in insight-driven qualitative and quantitative market analytics project scoping and management.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Extensive experience in the design and management of secondary data analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of study design, with the ability to assess and guide vendor technical capabilities while managing risks in the analytic process.
• Acknowledged expertise in connecting, integrating, and synthesizing analysis and data into meaningful insights that drive concrete strategic recommendations and facilitate commercial decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Data Lake architecture with the capability to expose Data Lake assets for downstream analytics.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and big data technology.
• Familiarity with MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
