
Senior Manager, Mental Well-being Operations Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to enhance member experiences, operational effectiveness, quality, and scalability through technology, automation, AI, and innovative processes.
• Assess emerging technologies and formulate strategies to improve member engagement and self-service functionalities.
• Provide structured problem-solving, data-driven insights, and decision-focused recommendations to the Mental Well-being Operations leadership.
• Lead assessments of opportunities, conduct feasibility analyses, and evaluate solutions.
• Develop business cases suitable for executives, ROI analyses, financial models, and investment suggestions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Strategy, Clinical, and Analytics teams to validate concepts and prioritize investments.
• Spearhead technology-enabled initiatives from conception through to implementation and scaling.
• Translate business requirements into specifications, workflows, operating models, and user experiences.
• Drive readiness for launch, testing, adoption, change management, and realization of value.
• Create and oversee execution plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership effectively.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks for adoption, operational impact, financial results, and member experience.
• Analyze data related to business, workforce, operations, and members to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Set up reporting and governance processes to monitor performance and enhance outcomes.
• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare strategy, product management, analytics, technology, innovation, or a related sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Experience in developing business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and recommendations for executive-level decisions.
• Capacity to distill complex data into clear insights, decisions, and actionable plans.
• Exceptional skills in communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with effective operational execution.
• Strong project and program management skills, including risk management, prioritization, and oversight of delivery.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and achieve results in fast-paced settings.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred knowledge of health plan operations and healthcare technology environments.
• Experience with behavioral health, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), or related healthcare services is preferred.
• Experience in implementing AI, automation, digital engagement, or self-service capabilities is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in the eastern and central time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
