Senior Manager, Medical Staff Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Directs the Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region.

• Manages daily departmental operations, oversees personnel, and prepares the departmental budget.

• Responsible for providing administrative support to the medical staff, enabling them to meet their duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Certification as a Professional Medical Services Manager from the National Association of Medical Staff Services is needed upon hiring.

• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required; 5 years is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Staff services is necessary.
