This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer clinical and technical expertise to Baxter’s Global Clinical Nutrition division.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to shape global medical strategy.
• Assist in evidence generation and guide product development and lifecycle management.
• Identify unmet clinical needs and provide clinical insights to target product profiles.
• Ensure scientific rigor in the creation, evaluation, and positioning of Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical and scientific information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of medical literature and clinical trends to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Lead regulatory input, ensure compliance, assess claims, and offer training and support across medical, clinical, and scientific domains.
• Work cross-functionally to generate clinical and health economic evidence and translate insights into value-based outcomes.
• Develop and sustain relationships with KOLs and contribute to scientific engagement strategies.
• Over 5 years of clinical experience.
• Licensed clinician (PharmD, MD, RD, or another relevant allied health professional).
• Previous experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
• Strong comprehension of regulatory and quality standards in product development and lifecycle management.
• Preferred experience in clinical research, evidence generation, and publications.
• Experience with real-world evidence, digital health, or informatics is strongly favored.
• Familiarity with Baxter Clinical Nutrition products is preferred.
• Knowledge of Clinical Nutrition and/or hospital-based therapies is preferred.
