This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the architecture for our marketing operations technology stack — including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Warmly, Qualified, and more — while comprehensively understanding how each component interrelates and relies on one another.
• Quickly identify and resolve issues: from lead routing failures to sync problems, campaign errors, and data discrepancies — addressing the kind of challenges that can hinder a revenue team if left unresolved for too long.
• Transform a rough concept or a brief directive from leadership into a polished, operational outcome — all without the need for constant check-ins throughout the process.
• Manage the entire lead lifecycle: scoring, routing, and facilitating the transition between marketing and sales.
• Develop and oversee campaign operations within Marketo, from initial setup to execution, ensuring reporting that the entire organization can rely on.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and other stakeholder teams to synchronize processes, data, and systems across the organization.
• Take new tools and initiatives from inception to full implementation — assessing, constructing, documenting, and launching with minimal supervision.
• Maintain clean and well-documented systems to ensure the tech stack scales effectively rather than becoming an opaque black box.
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously without overlooking essential details.
• Provide insights on what exemplary marketing operations should entail — and implement this vision as the standard for how our systems, processes, and team should operate.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B go-to-market organization — preferably in the SaaS sector.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, as well as Marketo or Pardot.
• Familiarity with sales engagement and pipeline tools such as Outreach, Warmly, or Qualified is highly desirable.
• Comfort with Figma or similar design tools is an added advantage.
• A proven history of mapping, documenting, or clarifying how a marketing tech stack is organized — bonus points for having created that kind of documentation from the ground up.
• Competitive salary, incentive structure, and company equity.
• Daily coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
• A remote-first team environment!
• Join a global, mission-driven team.
• Gain insights from leading experts in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales.
• Tackle exciting challenges within a rapidly expanding industry.
• Enjoy an Unlimited Flex Time Off Plan along with all major holidays.
