This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, enhance, and expand project management workflows using ClickUp to effectively oversee omni-channel campaigns, events, creative content, and digital media production from the initial idea to final execution.
• Actively manage timelines and resource capacity, resolve any bottlenecks, coordinate cross-functional resources, and supervise the scheduling and execution of paid advertising, digital media, and creative assets to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Develop, document, and advocate for a comprehensive marketing playbook consisting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Function as the main organizational facilitator, improving communications and aligning priorities among MarComm, IT, Programs, Development, Operations, as well as partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with IT to create and implement a forward-thinking MarTech roadmap.
• Perform regular audits of system health to ensure data accuracy, maintain seamless data synchronization across systems, and optimize user licensing.
• Set up and manage the technical infrastructure of our marketing ecosystem to facilitate digital advertising tracking, custom landing page conversion funnels, pixel tracking, and targeted audience segmentation within the CRM.
• Keep updated on emerging marketing technologies, website optimization techniques, and applicable AI capabilities.
• 5–8+ years of advancing experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech management, or technical project management within a dynamic non-profit, corporate, or agency environment.
• A minimum of 5+ years of practical experience within a marketing department or advertising agency, specifically integrating creative project management with thorough systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana).
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of digital architecture, media tracking, website analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing automation integration, as well as Salesforce CRM.
• Significant experience managing enterprise social media platforms, particularly Sprout Social.
