This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Spearhead the adoption and continuous enhancement of tech-driven marketing operating models.
• Establish and execute comprehensive offer management and fulfillment practices.
• Create scalable, auditable processes and workflows for campaign execution, regulatory adherence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supervise forecasting activities that support marketing performance, business outcomes, and strategic investment choices.
• Perform ROI analyses and assess the effectiveness of programs.
• Convert analytics into actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency, execution, and results.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across marketing, compliance, risk, data, and product divisions.
• Set up governance and propel enterprise-wide execution and adoption of new capabilities.
• Develop and present strategies, recommendations, operational roadmaps, and business outcomes through compelling presentations.
• Mentor, coach, and nurture team members.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work experience or education.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing operations, marketing program management, martech, or a related field.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferable.
• At least 3 years of proven ability to lead teams and establish direction.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in offer management within the financial industry.
• Proficient in executive presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience implementing Digital Asset Management best practices and tools like Aprimo, Bynder, or Workfront.
• Background in knowledge management programs.
• Familiarity with offer management and fulfillment systems, particularly Naehas.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Experience in change management and cross-functional project adoption.
• Outstanding data management and analytics skills.
• Capability to analyze system process data for trends, audit events, and cycle times.
• Proficient in leading cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and negotiation.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to perform advanced analytics, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning.
• An advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
