This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify significant opportunities for the application of AI within marketing and create solutions that are ready for production (not just concepts or presentations).
• Oversee the entire delivery process: from ideation and prototyping to validation and deployment.
• Create and sustain AI-driven workflows (such as content generation, lead scoring, competitive intelligence, and reporting).
• Assess emerging AI tools and guide decisions on whether to build or buy.
• Establish scalable frameworks, documentation, and best practices for adoption.
• Serve as the internal authority on applied AI, shaping strategy and enhancing team skills.
• Manage and advance the marketing data stack (including warehouse and integrations across CRM, automation, ads, and web analytics).
• Develop automated reporting that provides actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on pipeline performance, channel effectiveness, attribution, lead quality, and ROI.
• Enhance data quality, measurement frameworks, and reporting comprehensiveness.
• Oversee data orchestration (including APIs, workflows, and automation pipelines).
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team of two analysts.
• Transition essential work from external consultants to in-house capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to propel strategic initiatives.
• Provide clear insights, recommendations, and materials to facilitate executive decision-making.
• You have developed functional AI solutions from start to finish — from identifying problems and prototyping with LLM APIs or coding tools to deploying usable products.
• You possess proficiency in code, SQL, and data infrastructure — not necessarily as a trained engineer, but as someone capable of delivering working solutions incorporating all three.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills — developed through consulting, strategy roles, or high-responsibility operating environments.
• 5–10 years of experience across various areas such as strategy, consulting, marketing operations, analytics, business operations, or revenue operations.
• Analytical prowess: you can create a report, scrutinize the data, uncover the narrative, and present it effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in people leadership or strong evidence of mentoring and developing junior talent.
• High agency, low ego, and a preference for building rather than merely recommending.
• Fully remote-first work with flexible work arrangements.
• Comprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits, including retirement savings programs, eligibility for two different bonus plans, generous time off, and extensive medical and dental benefits based on your country of location.
• New Hire Equipment Allowance and monthly Flex Allowance to support your success.
• Endless opportunities for career growth and internal mobility.
• Employee-driven DE&I programs.
