• Enhance and develop our market intelligence capabilities to remain at the forefront of trends and competitor activities.
• Provide consistent, actionable insights into group strategy and primary objectives by linking complex data sets with business challenges.
• Convert technical and market data into clear, persuasive insights and recommendations for senior leadership and business partners.
• Create and present engaging presentations and data visualizations that convey the narrative behind the data, influencing decision-makers at all levels.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Manage various projects concurrently with speed, purpose, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams (such as category management, brand insights, and commercial insights) to embed market intelligence in business decisions.
• Advocate for ongoing improvement and investment in market intelligence tools, methodologies, and partnerships.
• Oversee relationships with data and analytics suppliers, assessing and integrating innovative solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, Strategic Insights, or Strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data from various sources (e.g., Numerator, Yipit, NPD, Euromonitor).
• Outstanding communication skills: Capable of translating technical terminology into accessible language and presenting complex information in a straightforward, visual, and engaging way.
• Strong storytelling and influencing skills: Comfortable presenting to executive committees and senior leadership.
• Expertise in project management: Proficient in managing multiple projects with agility, speed, and a focus on results.
• Stakeholder management: A trusted partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated: Able to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Mentorship: Skilled at developing and inspiring direct reports for future growth.
