This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and oversee the Market & Customer Intelligence Program, converting pilot insights into a scalable operational model and governance structure.
• Execute the 12–18-month rollout strategy across various functions, countries, and use cases.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual intelligence cycles, consolidating inputs into clear and actionable insights.
• Merge signals from diverse sources into cohesive, decision-ready narratives.
• Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring consistency of frameworks and relevance to business decisions.
• Promote adoption across teams through enablement, support, and active stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and continually enhance processes to establish the capability as a reliable enterprise asset.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in strategy, intelligence, consulting, commercial operations, or healthcare transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional, and multi-country programs.
• Strong grasp of AI-driven analytics, machine learning concepts, and data management principles (e.g., data lakes/warehouses).
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the capability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions and structured insights.
• Robust stakeholder management skills, with experience in influencing senior leaders and scaling initiatives from pilot to standard operations; fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
