Senior Manager, M&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the Corporate Development team throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, and execution.

• Perform market research, conduct competitive analysis, and carry out industry assessments.

• Evaluate financial statements and create summaries for internal stakeholders.

• Manage due diligence processes and aid in the preparation of investment memoranda.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of pertinent experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or transaction advisory.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline.

• A strong grasp of financial modeling, valuation methods, and analysis of company performance.

• Capability to consolidate market data and competitive intelligence into practical insights.

• Experience in assisting M&A transactions or strategic initiatives is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CapIQ, or PitchBook.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
