Senior Manager, Local Study Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the professional development of Local Study Operations Managers (LSOM).

• Ensure the effective execution of trials within the country.

• Oversee the management of the country’s study portfolio, including scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor portfolio progress, offering risk and quality oversight, and assist with issue escalation and resolution for LSOMs.

• Manage the performance of LSOMs and LSOM vendors to ensure high-quality study execution.

• Mentor, train, and support the professional growth of LSOMs.

• Facilitate strong collaboration between the study strategy team and local study teams.

• Encourage cross-functional collaboration among country teams.

• Proactively assess risks, quality trends, and resource needs.

• Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical execution experience, OR Master’s degree and 6 years of clinical execution experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of clinical execution experience, OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of clinical execution experience, OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of clinical execution experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in direct management of personnel and/or leadership experience in guiding teams, projects, programs, or directing resource allocation.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
