This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead the Learning Operations department, shaping its strategic vision and implementing technical advancements.
• Ensure that logistical planning and execution for learning initiatives align with the Village learning strategy.
• Collaborate with business units, program leaders, and key stakeholders to enhance capabilities and achieve business results.
• Supervise the capacity and performance of the Learning Operations team resources.
• Address logistical and communication requirements for effective program delivery.
• Maintain high standards of logistical quality, innovation, and adherence to standards for both in-person and virtual programs, as well as digital resources and LMS/LXP management.
• Establish and manage centralized standards, processes, and templates for the master delivery calendar, communication strategies, venue contracts, and budget management.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with business units while overseeing stakeholder relationships across various business sectors and educational institutions.
• Oversee the performance and growth of direct reports.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Proven experience in leading a Learning Operations function and team.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance and technical innovation for learning program operations.
• Experience in logistics planning and execution for learning initiatives.
• Capability to collaborate with business units, program leaders, and significant stakeholders.
• Background in managing stakeholder relationships across diverse business sectors and educational institutions.
• Experience in overseeing team capacity and performance.
• Familiarity with both in-person and virtual programs, as well as digital resources and LMS/LXP management.
• Knowledge of centralized standards, processes, and templates related to delivery calendars, communications, venue contracts, and budgeting.
• Proven experience in managing the performance and development of direct reports.
