This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance a small global team comprising learning and enablement partners, learning specialists, and instructional designers.
• Convert business and Talent Development priorities into actionable team goals, resource plans, and delivery expectations.
• Distribute team capacity across Talent Development programs, transformation initiatives, and functional requirements.
• Strengthen team competencies in performance consulting, learning and enablement design, program management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Establish and promote a unified enterprise approach to learning and enablement, including principles, standards, methodologies, tools, and effectiveness metrics.
• Advise leaders, program owners, and enablement partners on capability requirements, audience strategies, adoption challenges, and solution design.
• Lead or supervise enablement efforts for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Create integrated enablement strategies that align with transformation and change plans.
• Represent Learning & Enablement in senior leadership and cross-functional forums.
• Develop and implement a tiered partnership model for Talent Development support.
• Establish HR functional enablement solutions, encompassing onboarding, role readiness, and transformation assistance.
• Set up intake, prioritization, resource planning, design, development, quality assurance, and delivery methodologies.
• Oversee team capacity, project demands, delivery risks, vendor partnerships, and relevant budgets.
• Guide the usage of learning technologies, AI-enabled development tools, content platforms, and shared infrastructure.
• Define and apply metrics for effectiveness, adoption, learner outcomes, and business impact.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Performance Consulting, Change Enablement, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of direct experience in people management.
• Proven experience in leading geographically dispersed teams in learning, instructional design, enablement, or talent development.
• Experience in managing complex learning and enablement projects within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in translating business strategies and transformation goals into scalable capability-building solutions.
• Strong background in learning strategy, performance consulting, learning design, facilitation, and program management.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities and optimizing team capacity across competing business demands.
• Proven track record in establishing scalable learning and enablement processes, standards, tools, or operating models.
• Ability to build and nurture high-performing global teams.
• Skilled in translating intricate business requirements into effective learning and enablement strategies.
• Capable of leading through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without formal authority.
• Proficient in using data, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI-driven technology company is a plus.
• Experience in supporting enterprise transformation, organizational change, or large-scale technology adoption is a plus.
• Experience in building or managing an internal learning consulting or enablement-as-a-service model is a plus.
• Experience in managing external vendors or delivery partners is a plus.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning, learning experience platforms, AI-enabled learning design tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Regular availability for meetings between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time is required.
