This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage customer relationships with key Last Mile partners, fostering strong daily engagement and long-term strategic alignment.
• Oversee campaign execution, retail media, promotional investment planning, budget management, performance tracking, and strategic planning for priority platforms.
• Convert customer, channel, and performance trends into clear recommendations and actionable growth strategies.
• Ensure alignment among shopper marketing, finance, and sales teams regarding priorities, plans, performance, and opportunities.
• Track business results and key performance indicators across key Last Mile retailers, assessing implications for the wider eCommerce network.
• Lead internal business reviews by analyzing performance data, pinpointing opportunities and risks, and proposing actions to enhance results.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on Last Mile eCommerce, assisting cross-functional stakeholders in navigating platform dynamics, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and promote the customer learning agenda by identifying insights, testing opportunities, and ensuring that learnings are documented and utilized.
• Create playbooks, best practices, and capability-building tools that enhance organizational understanding and adoption of Last Mile eCommerce opportunities.
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dotted-line structure to drive execution, alignment, and accountability.
• Support platform and cross-platform strategies that facilitate growth and enhance Kraft Heinz’s Last Mile presence.
• Extensive experience in eCommerce, sales, commercial strategy, or platform/marketplace management.
• Strong business acumen with a comfort in working with performance data, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, retail media investments, promotional initiatives, and external partnerships.
• Exceptional skill in managing complex customer relationships and achieving results in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to distill complex business performance into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including the skill to simplify complex topics and convey business performance as clear internal narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced commercial setting.
