πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with the Senior Director of Labor Relations to formulate and implement a comprehensive enterprise labor relations strategy.

β€’ Identify and suggest key labor relations priorities while proactively addressing upcoming risks.

β€’ Act as the company's representative at the bargaining table, taking on the role of lead or co-lead negotiator.

β€’ Advocate for the company during negotiations and labor-management discussions.

β€’ Serve as the appointed backup to the Senior Director of Labor Relations.

β€’ Independently spearhead labor initiatives while collaborating with external labor counsel.

β€’ Lead or co-lead labor campaigns and liaise with external consultants.

β€’ Manage the grievance and arbitration processes.

β€’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations.

β€’ Analyze both internal and external labor trends to provide actionable recommendations.

β€’ Develop and execute scalable labor relations processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline.

β€’ At least 5 years of progressive experience in labor relations.

β€’ Proven experience in leading collective bargaining negotiations.

β€’ Background in collaborating with external labor counsel.

β€’ Experience with labor campaigns or union organizing efforts.

β€’ Strong analytical capabilities and decision-making skills.

β€’ Strategic thinking and a solid understanding of business principles.

β€’ Executive presence and sound professional judgment.

β€’ Ability to influence without direct authority.

β€’ Effective problem-solving skills.

β€’ Proficient in collaboration and stakeholder management.
