Senior Manager, KOL Strategy, Clinical Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a compliant KOL speaker bureau.

• Identify, engage, and cultivate oncology KOLs within both community and academic environments.

• Assess bureau performance and consistently enhance speaker quality.

• Transform publications and congress data into educational resources.

• Ensure that all deliverables are clinically accurate and adhere to regulations.

• Provide clinical support and insights on EHR-driven educational initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement integrated oncology education strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of professional experience.

• At least 1 year of supervisory and/or management experience.

• A clinical degree or background is required (e.g., RN, BSN, NP).

• Community oncology experience is highly preferred.

• More than 5 years of experience in clinical education, medical communications, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional scientific writing and synthesis abilities.

• Capability to simplify intricate clinical information for oncologist audiences.
