This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee all negotiations, strategies, and the direct implementation of the business plan for high-value provider partners.
• Accountable for strategies related to market and partner financial and operational engagement.
• Cultivate direct relationships and perform essential contract negotiations.
• Facilitate internal cross-functional collaboration to advance external objectives with partners.
• Lead and support strategic planning initiatives involving high-value partners.
• Collaborate effectively with finance, contracting, analytics, and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• 3 years of management experience, particularly in managing external stakeholders.
• Proficient in strategic planning, financial and data analysis, and research methodologies.
• Familiarity with a variety of health insurance products.
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding financial statements and the contribution of the IL network to plan financial performance.
• Experience in leading and mentoring team members.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, development, and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear and concise.
• Proven ability to interact successfully with senior management and staff across various departments.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and aptitude for creating processes in ambiguous situations.
• Strong business acumen and skills in project/process integration.
