This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and uphold the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps for internal business applications and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business owners to comprehend requirements, challenges, and technology investment priorities.
• Oversee backlogs of features, defects, and enhancements related to internal BT systems.
• Establish and monitor product metrics, analyzing performance, usage, and the realization of business value.
• Design and lead the planning and commitment process for BT technology requests.
• Set prioritization criteria based on strategic alignment, risk mitigation, return on investment (ROI), and operational impact.
• Maintain a transparent backlog that includes queue status, estimated effort, and delivery timelines.
• Forecast and allocate BT personnel and budget across the project portfolio.
• Implement product governance mechanisms, including Steering Committees.
• Develop and maintain an Organizational Change Management playbook and governance.
• Drive change management strategy, conduct stakeholder analysis, and assess impacts for system implementations and upgrades.
• Monitor adoption metrics, stabilization plans, and lessons learned post-deployment.
• Supervise QA and UAT processes and engage in sprint demonstrations.
• Manage the BT release calendar and coordinate deployment schedules.
• Create hypercare programs for significant system go-lives.
• Foster Business Systems PM competencies throughout the BT organization.
• Govern the entire software asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Establish SaaS intake and approval processes to mitigate shadow IT risks.
• Promote cost reduction through license audits, contract consolidation, and tool sunsetting.
• Develop software asset management metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Set the team vision and operating model.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
• Collaborate with BT leaders and cross-functional business stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Report to the Head of Business Technology.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT/business systems product management or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience managing the complete product strategy and delivery for internal enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or Enterprise AI.
• Hands-on experience as a Product Manager with a transition into a product leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS governance, software asset management, and best practices in IT financial management.
• Familiarity with defining and executing Enterprise AI strategies, including use-case prioritization, organizational rollout, and measurement of business value.
• A solid track record of establishing or enhancing operational practices within a technology organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and monitoring KPIs.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a global team.
• Exceptional verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company is a plus.
• Familiarity with Enterprise AI strategy, rollout plans, and measurement of business value is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITAM frameworks and ITSM/ITAM platforms is a plus.
• Experience in leading organizational change management initiatives related to major system deployments is a plus.
• Exposure to ARB processes and enterprise architecture governance is a plus.
• Background in demand management and portfolio governance within a BT or IT function is a plus.
• Must reside in the United States, in a National location.
