Senior Manager, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily IT operations while ensuring a secure, compliant, and dependable technology environment.

• Administer, configure, and resolve issues related to Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint Online, and associated Microsoft 365 services.

• Supervise Cristcot’s Managed Service Provider and other technology suppliers.

• Drive implementation, troubleshoot problems, enhance processes, and ensure technology supports business objectives.

• Manage identity and access controls, encompassing multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, privileged roles, single sign-on, guest access, and user lifecycle management.

• Oversee Intune device enrollment, Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, security baselines, and update policies.

• Investigate alerts from Microsoft Defender and coordinate security remediation efforts.

• Administer SharePoint sites, manage permissions, oversee external sharing, governance, and tackle access issues.

• Lead operational cybersecurity initiatives and continuously enhance Cristcot’s security posture.

• Ensure that IT processes and controls align with applicable GxP requirements and company quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, infrastructure, Microsoft cloud administration, endpoint management, or cybersecurity.

• Proven recent hands-on administration experience with: Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Strong understanding of Conditional Access, multifactor authentication, privileged access, enterprise applications, single sign-on, and guest-user governance.

• Solid knowledge of Intune device management, Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and security baselines.

• Experience in investigating and resolving Microsoft Defender alerts.

• Experience managing SharePoint permissions, external sharing, site configuration, and governance.

• Proficiency in using PowerShell and administrative tools for troubleshooting Microsoft environments.

• Experience in managing MSPs and external technology vendors.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, incident response, and endpoint security.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel 10-15%, as required.
