This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the IT Product Owner, overseeing data-sharing and analytics with our alliance partner.
• Acquire domain knowledge on therapeutic area data assets, such as claims data, to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Establish Data Governance throughout the alliance partnership with Biogen and the allied partner.
• Oversee data quality, compliance, and access controls concerning therapeutic area datasets.
• Facilitate insights into healthcare professional (HCP) preferences, engagement, channel effectiveness, and conversion.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Over 7 years of Data Engineering experience, with proficiency in Snowflake Data Engineering, Snowflake native procedures, SQL, Python, data quality frameworks, star schema modeling, data product development, and Informatica (IICS).
• Familiarity with scheduling/orchestration tools like Active Batch or Control M.
• Strong comprehension of specialty pharmacy data and syndicated data (claims, Rx).
• Experience utilizing Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva Network, and marketing data sources (Google Analytics, websites, campaigns, social platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships, collaborate across departments, support team development, and maintain a consultative and solution-focused approach.
• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts in straightforward, non-technical language.
• Proficient experience throughout the entire SDLC—development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with offshore and nearshore teams across different time zones.
