Senior Manager, IT Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Acumatica ERP system utilized internally.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing support of cloud-based ERP systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish business requirements and configure appropriate solutions.

• Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, security policies, and procedures.

• Ensure data integrity and oversee disaster recovery efforts.

• Address and resolve system issues and inquiries within established internal SLAs.

• Create and deliver training sessions and documentation for internal stakeholders.

• Identify and prioritize enhancements to the system.

• Analyze business processes and devise improvements and system configurations.

• Gather and document requirements while developing business cases for enhancements and implementations.

• Manage multiple projects related to implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Report directly to the Director of IT Business Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience with cloud-based ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems with a focus on delivery, support, and customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in cloud-based ERP configuration, customization, and integration.

• Strong understanding of business operations and processes.

• Excellent skills in communication, project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organization.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms.

• Experience in integrating cloud-based ERP systems with other systems and applications.

• Experience in customizing and developing cloud-based ERP systems.

• Preferred ERP-related certifications such as Acumatica Certified Business Consultant, System Administrator, Application Developer, or NetSuite Certified Professional.
