Senior Manager, Integrations Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical delivery and strategic vision of the Technical Consulting practice.

• Oversee a highly skilled technical team.

• Develop and expand a team equipped to manage intricate integrations.

• Set technical standards and best practices.

• Advocate for AI transformation by incorporating tools like Claude into everyday workflows.

• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams on connector roadmaps and evaluate technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with Pre and Post-sales teams to outline integration projects.

• Handle complex technical escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or roles focused on integrations in a B2B SaaS context.

• More than 3 years of experience in people management.

• Practical experience in designing and supervising integrations using iPaaS tools (such as Workato, Kombo, or similar).

• Proven history of delivering integrations at scale, rather than merely executing one-off custom solutions.

• Strong capability in fostering AI adoption to streamline workflows and encourage a culture of experimentation.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• Distinct talents and perspectives that may not precisely fit a specific role but are highly regarded.
