This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals focused on infrastructure security.
• Manage the comprehensive vulnerability management program from start to finish.
• Ensure strong endpoint security by supervising the team's administration of antivirus and EDR solutions.
• Guide the operational oversight of network and application security measures.
• Make certain that infrastructure operations adhere to enterprise security policies, baselines, and regulatory standards consistently.
• Work collaboratively with Cloud, Systems, Network, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams to incorporate security requirements into infrastructure developments and modifications.
• Provide direction for the enterprise's privileged access management (PAM) operations and associated tools.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of vital infrastructure security tools and monitoring systems.
• Act as a representative for the IPO team in governance activities and discussions with the Architecture Review Board (ARB).
• Maintain readiness for disaster recovery (DR) pertaining to IPO-managed security tools and procedures.
• Foster alignment between Security Engineering initiatives and the outcomes of Infrastructure Operations and Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure security, operations, or systems administration, including at least 3 years in a leadership role such as team lead, supervisor, or manager.
• ITIL 4 Certification must be completed or the candidate must be able to complete it within 90 days of employment.
• Strong technical expertise in vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security operations, and infrastructure safeguards.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., CIS benchmarks, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) along with a proven history of ensuring operational compliance with these standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to achieve results using resources from contracted or managed service providers as well as internal teams.
