This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engages in the design, planning, implementation, and support of technology solutions for enterprise computing infrastructure.
• Collaborates with internal business partners and third-party providers to explore technology options and establish best practices.
• Oversees ongoing performance management, capacity planning, and maintenance of the information systems infrastructure.
• Manages VoIP and PBX telephony solutions and services for the enterprise, including contract management, vendor performance, cost oversight, and invoice management.
• Directs all components of the network (including Firewall, LAN/WAN, SDWAN, and VPN), VoIP, server, storage, security, datacenter services, Citrix, VMware, and Azure Cloud computing services for Telecare, which encompasses over 200 servers and more than 4,000 clients.
• Develops and revises IT policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Assesses reports from various departments utilizing IT services to ensure optimal functionality.
• Leads a team of IT professionals responsible for engineering, technical support, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Accountable for planning, developing, and executing IT projects that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
• Works in collaboration with other senior managers, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee that the IT infrastructure meets the current and future computing and networking needs of Telecare over a three-year outlook.
• Monitors and assesses the performance, security, and availability of the IT infrastructure while planning for continuous enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in network administration, VoIP systems, Windows servers, datacenter operations, Citrix environments, and Azure Cloud services.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Five (5) years or more of supervisory experience overseeing technical personnel, including resource planning, hiring, performance plan administration, time management, and issue resolution.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
