This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engages in the design, planning, implementation, and support of technological solutions for the enterprise's computing infrastructure.
• Consults with internal business partners and third-party providers regarding technology options and best practices.
• Manages ongoing performance evaluation, capacity planning, and maintenance of the information systems infrastructure.
• Oversees VoIP and PBX telephony solutions and services for the enterprise, including contract management, vendor performance, cost management, and invoice oversight.
• Directs all facets of the network, which includes Firewall, LAN/WAN, SDWAN, and VPN, in addition to VoIP, server, storage, security, datacenter services, Citrix, VMware, and Azure Cloud computing services.
• Develops and revises IT policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Assesses reports from other departments utilizing IT services to ensure proper functionality.
• Leads a team of IT professionals providing engineering, technical support, and maintenance for the IT infrastructure.
• Accountable for the planning, development, and execution of IT projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Collaborates with senior managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that the IT infrastructure fulfills current and future computing and networking needs for Telecare within a three-year outlook.
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing the performance, security, and availability of the IT infrastructure while planning for ongoing improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong expertise in network administration, VoIP systems, Windows servers, datacenter operations, Citrix environments, and Azure Cloud services.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Five (5) years or more of supervisory experience overseeing technical personnel, including resource planning, hiring, performance management, time management, and issue resolution.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
