This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee the creation, upkeep, and strategic advancement of engineered labor standards and workload models that support Retail.
β’ Establish the framework for measuring, prioritizing, and converting work into labor budgets and scheduling inputs.
β’ Minimize unmodeled workload by developing clear prioritization structures.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that work with the greatest operational value is appropriately sized, validated, and funded.
β’ Strike a balance between executional precision and strategic leadership, guaranteeing both immediate delivery and long-term viability of the workload model.
β’ 8+ years of comprehensive business experience.
β’ 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with significant complexity.
β’ 8+ years of capability in influencing with and without formal authority.
β’ 8+ years of utilizing data to inform strategic initiatives and assess return on investment.
β’ 8+ years of experience collaborating with a team to prioritize tasks based on skills, requirements, timelines, etc.
β’ 8+ years of experience in developing high-performing teams.
β’ 8+ years of experience in engaging and motivating a team to achieve optimal business results collectively.
β’ Familiarity with workforce management processes.
β’ Extensive understanding of retail business operations.
β’ Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on business requirements.
