Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering – Workforce Management (WFM)

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, upkeep, and strategic advancement of engineered labor standards and workload models that support Retail.

• Establish the framework for measuring, prioritizing, and converting work into labor budgets and scheduling inputs.

• Minimize unmodeled workload by developing clear prioritization structures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that work with the greatest operational value is appropriately sized, validated, and funded.

• Strike a balance between executional precision and strategic leadership, guaranteeing both immediate delivery and long-term viability of the workload model.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of comprehensive business experience.

• 8+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with significant complexity.

• 8+ years of capability in influencing with and without formal authority.

• 8+ years of utilizing data to inform strategic initiatives and assess return on investment.

• 8+ years of experience collaborating with a team to prioritize tasks based on skills, requirements, timelines, etc.

• 8+ years of experience in developing high-performing teams.

• 8+ years of experience in engaging and motivating a team to achieve optimal business results collectively.

• Familiarity with workforce management processes.

• Extensive understanding of retail business operations.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on business requirements.
