This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the HRIS and associated technologies, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Spearhead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and partnerships with vendors.
• Assess and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience across HR, Technology, and Finance.
• Streamline core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while maintaining compliant procedures and controls.
• Supervise employee data, conduct audits, and ensure process consistency in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Drive HR technology and operational improvement projects from the planning stage through implementation and adoption.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, testing, training, and change activities, converting business needs into practical solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the replacement of the legacy HR system from evaluation and planning through to implementation, adoption, and stabilization.
• Provide dashboards, reports, and workforce insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Uphold HR data governance standards, controls, and documentation, while championing the responsible use of AI-enabled tools and analytics.
• Address complex HRIS issues and act as the escalation point for system support.
• Develop training and self-service resources and utilize support trends to minimize manual tasks and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and business leadership to promote operational excellence.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or a similar HR technology role, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to HRIS management and implementation.
• Experience functioning as a system owner or lead administrator for an enterprise HRIS platform such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
• Proven track record of leading HR technology implementations, system enhancements, or large-scale process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR data management.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of HR compliance, data privacy, and governance best practices.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Preferred experience in change management, process improvement methodologies, or HR transformation projects.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar.
