πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with senior business leaders to create, implement, and execute global people strategies that align with both current and future objectives.

β€’ Convert business priorities into practical people plans and talent initiatives.

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, leadership capabilities, and culture on a worldwide level.

β€’ Work together with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure alignment and coordination across essential culture and talent areas.

β€’ Spearhead succession planning and leadership development efforts to enhance organizational capability and bench strength.

β€’ Tackle employee relations matters with a balanced approach focused on employees.

β€’ Oversee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning to improve the employee experience.

β€’ Counsel leaders on organizational design to guarantee alignment with strategic goals and scalable growth.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

β€’ Over 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including substantial experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within the Healthcare sector.

β€’ Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions through strategic HR initiatives.

β€’ Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategies with operational and financial objectives.

β€’ Experience in managing HRBP teams and providing practical, business-focused HR advice.

β€’ HR certification is an advantage (e.g., SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR).

β€’ Familiarity with global employment laws.

β€’ Knowledge of healthcare labor relations.

β€’ Experience in professional services and/or consulting is desirable.
