Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Mobile

📋 Description

• Take charge of the growth strategy for Begin's digital application product lines, including HOMER and codeSpark.

• Lead projects focused on user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Identify opportunities for growth and establish scalable experimentation programs.

• Enhance performance across both paid and owned channels, utilizing data to guide strategic choices.

• Spearhead creative strategies for user acquisition and oversee the CRM strategy for product engagement and retention.

• Manage acquisition reporting, forecasts, and budget pacing to meet objectives.

• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to boost performance across various initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or lifecycle marketing for consumer mobile applications.

• Proven experience managing paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.

• Background in subscription-based consumer businesses.

• Strong grasp of mobile growth, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies.

• Experience in developing experimentation frameworks and A/B testing initiatives.

• Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics and BI tools like GA4, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AppsFlyer (or a similar tool), SKAdNetwork, ATT, and contemporary mobile measurement techniques.

• Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and optimizing for growth efficiency and ROI.
