• Create and execute in-depth marketing strategies for both core and value-added services tailored to the clinical customer segments.
• Work in collaboration with regional marketing teams to empower regional sales channels, enhancing service attachment rates at the point of instrument sale and beyond.
• Team up with product management to ensure that service offerings are aligned with and positioned to meet the needs of clinical customers in lab automation, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry solutions.
• Convert value propositions into impactful messaging, engaging marketing materials, and effective sales tools.
• Spearhead multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating demand for platform service plans and value-added services, including training, compliance services, software implementation, and informatics solutions.
• Examine installation base data, competitive service offerings, and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities, segmentation strategies, and unmet customer needs.
• Collaborate with regional service delivery and global service excellence teams to expedite value capture initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, or a related field is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in service marketing, aftermarket sales, or downstream marketing within the medical device, life sciences, or diagnostics industry is required.
• Proven track record in enhancing service attachment, securing contract renewals, and developing value-based marketing campaigns is essential.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, regulatory standards, and the diagnostics market is necessary.
• Proficiency in CRM and service management software is required.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects within a matrix organization is essential.
