Senior Manager, Global Security Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the technology strategy and landscape for Global Security.

• Develop the technology strategy for Global Security.

• Oversee projects, upgrades, deployments, and enhancements of current and future capabilities on a global scale.

• Define and implement security technology strategies and roadmaps that support enterprise and functional objectives.

• Propel system modernization and optimization of platforms.

• Ensure timely delivery of security technology solutions that meet scope, quality, and compliance standards.

• Guarantee the stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms.

• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

• Oversee budgets, resources, and operational planning.

• Foster continuous improvement, standardization, and the adoption of best practices within security technology operations and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with a proven track record of managing complex systems or platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technology initiatives within a regulated or enterprise environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.

• A solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations.

• Preferred: proven success in driving technology transformation or modernization projects.

• Preferred: strong change management and communication skills.
