
Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive procurement of Global Payroll vendors.
• Manage and sustain multiple payroll vendor projects under stringent deadlines.
• Foster positive collaborations with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing performance management evaluations with external Global Payroll partners.
• Provide leadership by hiring, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing global team.
• Oversee payroll vendor scoping, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
• Implement Go-To-Market strategies for new country expansions and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate on financial analysis with FP&A and AP teams to enhance revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in regional or global payroll operations, processing, or implementation.
• At least 5 years of experience in vendor relationship management, vendor procurement, or contract negotiations.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in payroll tax compliance regulations for three or more countries.
• A positive leadership mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• High proficiency in G-Sheets or Excel is essential.
• Resilient and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, international work environment, with a passion for making a difference.
• An understanding of the necessity and concept of working predominantly asynchronously.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
