Senior Manager, Global Order Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee global order management operations from the point of order receipt to shipment and delivery, ensuring that customer orders, contract modifications, and change requests are executed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with regulations.

• Promote excellence in customer and contract execution by ensuring alignment with contract stipulations, resolving intricate order issues, supporting strategic aerospace and defense initiatives, and acting as the escalation point for crucial customer concerns.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity by adhering to relevant regulations (such as ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and FAR), enhancing internal controls, minimizing operational risks, and assisting with audit processes.

• Enhance operational performance through the implementation of standardized global processes, management of KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts aimed at boosting quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Cultivate and lead a high-performing global team by recruiting, mentoring, developing, and retaining talent while promoting accountability, teamwork, customer orientation, and effective change management.

• Spearhead digital transformation projects by collaborating with business and IT leaders to optimize ERP functionalities, implement automation and AI-driven solutions, and modernize order management workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7-10 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, or Program Management (Manager level).

• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional or global teams.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order-to-cash processes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience dealing with complex customer contracts and extended product lifecycles.

• Preferred: Familiarity with government contracts and defense clients.

• Preferred: Background in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or other highly regulated sectors.

• Preferred: Understanding of ITAR, EAR, DFARS, FAR, and export compliance regulations.

• Preferred: Experience leading digital transformation or ERP implementation initiatives.
