
Senior Manager, Global Incident Response – Travel Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee the coordination of global incident responses, which includes triage, escalation, communication, and resolution.
• Incorporate travel risk monitoring, assessments, and intelligence into incident management processes.
• Create, sustain, and enhance global response frameworks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with business leaders and internal partners during incidents and high-risk travel scenarios.
• Perform after-action reviews, delivering strategic insights, assessing performance, identifying gaps, and enhancing readiness.
• Implement and ensure compliance with programs at joint venture sites.
• Evaluate monitoring-team data to triage global incidents and manage responses to incidents and high-risk travel.
• Carry out risk assessments, traveler support, and operational evaluations related to global mobility and geopolitical factors.
• Work with teams to improve global monitoring, preparedness, and response capabilities.
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives.
• A University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a secret U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary for security clearance eligibility.
• An active and existing security clearance is required from day one.
• Experience in global intelligence monitoring, geopolitical risk analysis, or travel security operations is essential.
• Proven experience in leading high-risk incident or crisis responses with visibility at senior levels.
• Familiarity with data and technology platforms for monitoring, analysis, and decision support.
• Experience working in a complex global organization, ideally within aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Professional certifications such as CBCP or equivalent crisis/continuity credentials are preferred.
• Experience in developing cross-functional global programs or enterprise-wide frameworks in resilience, security, or risk management.
• Expertise in coordinating cross-functional response efforts in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical abilities for synthesizing intelligence, assessing risks, and offering actionable recommendations.
• Capability to develop and maintain enterprise-level response plans, playbooks, and operating procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for providing clear, timely, and concise incident information.
• Skill in building relationships and collaborating with global partners.
• Experience in conducting after-action reviews, preparing governance reports, and fostering continuous improvement.
