
Senior Manager, Global Fraud Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled Fraud Analysts focused on payments, fraud prevention, and risk management.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to create strategic initiatives aimed at fraud prevention and reducing chargebacks.
• Work alongside product, engineering, and external partners to design scalable solutions for fraud prevention while ensuring effective payment processing.
• Propel advanced analytics efforts by converting large and intricate datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Oversee and enhance fraud detection tools, decision engines, and rule strategies through continuous performance evaluations.
• Assess emerging fraud technologies, vendors, and business opportunities utilizing quantitative and operational analyses.
• Keep abreast of industry fraud trends and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support cross-functional projects and provide analytical insights that shape critical business decisions.
• Produce executive-level reports and presentations, including weekly metrics, monthly business reviews, and updates on strategic planning.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster organizational growth and enhance capabilities.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fraud strategy, fraud operations, risk management, or related eCommerce fraud areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership and people management.
• Proficiency in fraud management and rule-based platforms such as Sift, Kount, Accertify, or equivalent solutions.
• Advanced skills in SQL with experience in complex data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Proven track record of applying analytical and data mining techniques to uncover fraud trends, assess impact, and drive business outcomes.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Domo and Databricks is highly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
