This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and steer the global marketing strategy for programs encompassing partner marketing, field marketing, incentives, executive engagement, communications, and partner demand generation initiatives.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison to channel Sales leadership and function as the “program czar” to align and ensure that partner marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline goals are met in support of revenue objectives.
• Design, implement, and evaluate impactful regional and global partner programs, including but not limited to:
• Partner Enablement
• MDF Program and partner investment
• Partner-led initiatives
• Incentive and rewards programs
• Introduce innovative new programs to boost partner revenue growth
• Drive cohesive partner marketing initiatives that yield measurable pipeline results while enhancing collaboration among Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop scalable partner marketing strategies with strategic channel partners to enhance market reach, customer engagement, and pipeline contribution.
• Establish and operationalize metrics, reporting structures, and accountability processes to assess partner growth, program effectiveness, and foster continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of creativity, urgency, operational excellence, and customer focus across all marketing activities.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, including more than 5 years dedicated to channel marketing.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling global and/or regional partner marketing programs that produce measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Significant experience collaborating with channel sales leadership and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Background in working with channels, alliances, or strategic partners to create joint go-to-market and customer engagement programs that are launched through our partners.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth settings.
• Proven history of executing creative, unique, and standout partner marketing programs in competitive markets.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management.
• Willingness to travel around 10-15% of the time.
• High ownership mentality with meticulous attention to detail and operational discipline (“Inbox Zero” mindset preferred).
