Marketing Generalist – Part-time, 20–25 hrs/week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and update marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

• Prepare files suitable for printing and consistently refresh existing resources.

• Design graphics and enhance images.

• Develop content for social media and assist in content creation efforts.

• Organize trade shows, events, and training sessions.

• Oversee and maintain current marketing materials.

• Collaborate with external partners and agencies.

• Assist our marketing team with daily operations and manage your own projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign — capable of producing high-quality, print-ready documents.

• Strong sense of design, layout, and typography.

• Ability to work independently with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

• Enthusiastic about taking initiative and advancing tasks independently.

• Excellent proficiency in German and English, as we operate on an international scale.

• Passion for horses and/or dogs.

• Experience with Canva is an advantage.

• Interest in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other applications for text, image, or video editing, along with a readiness to explore new opportunities.

• Basic experience with Meta Ads.

• Familiarity with Shopify or email marketing.

• Enjoyment in photo and video editing.
